This form is to be used if you and/or the person to whom you give power of attorney are registered on a New Caledonian list of electors.

You can:

  • Either fill out the online form and then print it out on 2 sheets (no double-sided)
  • Either print the form on 2 sheets (no double-sided), then fill it by hand (legibly and without scratches).

To complete the form:

  • You must indicate, in the case of the elector responsible for voting for you, his surname and forenames, date of birth, address, municipality or registration consulate.
  • You do not need to complete the administration sections.

Please note

This form also makes it possible to terminate a proxy of vote.
