Ask for yourself

  1. Sign in through FranceConnect or using an email address
  2. Choose the file concerned
  3. Specify the date of application made to the Ministry of the Interior and indicate whether it has received an answer
  4. Specify the reasons of the request
  5. Specify the pattern recourse (e.g. access to employment)
  6. Specify that the request is performed for yourself
  7. Fill In its elements ofidentity
  8. Validate the request

Request for another person

  1. Sign in through FranceConnect or using an email address
  2. Choose the file concerned
  3. Indicate the date of application made to the Ministry of the Interior and indicate whether it has received an answer
  4. Specify the reasons of the request
  5. Specify the pattern recourse (e.g. access to employment)
  6. Specify theidentity of the person for whom an appeal is lodged
  7. Fill In its elements d'identity (surname, first names, postal address, etc.) and specify status (example: legal representative of a minor)
  8. Specify the elements ofidentity of the person for which the request is made
  9. Attach a copy of his identity document
  10. Validate the request

  • Duplex copy of a identity document (national identity card, passport, etc.)
  • Request transmitted to Ministry of the Interior
  • Decision of Ministry of the Interior (if it has responded to the request)
  • Any document enabling justify the appeal

Please note

Depending on the situation of the person making the request, other documents may be requested by Cnil: titleContent (e.g. legal representatives of a minor must attach a copy of family record book, a copy of each parent's ID and a copy of an application signed by each parent).

Et après ?

The Cnil: titleContent reply within 6 months. Depending on the complexity of the case, this period may be longer.
