This simulator tells you whether to provide a medical certificate to practice a sporting activity (leisure or competition). Depending on the case, it informs you about the validity of your medical certificate. It allows you to answer the health questionnaire and attest to your state of health which, if necessary, dispenses you with the need to provide a medical certificate.
