  • Full copy of less than 3 months of your birth certificate
  • Copy of family booklet from protected major
  • Certified copy of the decision of the guardianship judge designating you as guardian
  • Attestation from notary from loss-making of the estate (only if you request a notary)
  • Copy of waivers already registered
  • Inventory from heritage
  • Proofs of estate debts (notary's letter, copy of invoices, etc.) or notarized liquidation deed
