It describes the accounting operations that demonstrate the conformity of the expenditure made with the purpose of the grant. It shall be returned to the administrative authority which paid the grant within 6 months of the end of the financial year in which the grant was awarded. It must be established before any new application. It must be accompanied by the last annual activity report and the approved accounts for the last financial year.
