Template for an ex gratia appeal against the authorization of urban planning granted to a third party

3. Print your appeal if it was done in a word processor
4. Sign your appeal
5. File your appeal by hand against receipt or send it to the town hall by mail RAR: titleContent, authentic postmark
6. Send a full copy of your appeal to the third party by post RAR: titleContent under 15 clear days from the deposit or the sending to the town hall

The information to be prepared is as follows:

• Reference and date of the contested urban planning authorization
• Name of the third party, holder of the urban planning authorization
• Third Party Project Land Address
• Grounds for your ex gratia appeal
• Evidence that the authorized construction or development has direct consequences on the conditions of occupation, use or enjoyment of your property (for example, copy of the building permit, cadastral plan, expert report or attestations).
