Small Claims Processing Platform

1. Gather the documents and necessary information
2. Sign in or register on the platform for a first connection (a confirmation message is sent to your email address and invites you to finalize the registration)
3. Create the unpaid record by clicking on the « New Folder » button. You must specify the contact details of the debtor(s), the room for negotiation left to the commissioner of justice and download your supporting documents. You can choose the commissioner of justice or let the platform assign you one.
4. Sign the authorization to take samples which is sent to you by email for the payment of the application fee

• An email address and a bank identity statement if it is a first use of the service
• Your login and password if you are already registered on the platform

• Identity and contact details of the debtor
• Proof of unpaid payment: all documents proving the existence of the debt, its amount and the non-payment (contract, invoice, quotation, formal notice...))
• Negotiation margin on the amount and terms of payment (maximum number of installments, percentage of negotiation...))

The procedure starts after payment of costs of treatment.

The Commissioner of Justice checks whether your case can benefit from the simplified procedure.

If the file is incomplete or presents an anomaly, the bailiff informs you of the rejection.

If the complete file is accepted, a registered letter is sent to the debtor.
