Decoupling a joint account

1. Copy Letter Template next by completing it :

We kindly ask you to proceed with the separation of joint account No. [your account number attached] open to the names of [surname and forenames of the joint holders] .

This account will only operate under the cumulative signature of all co-holders named as of the receipt of this letter.

We have noted that the standing authorizations for direct debits and standing orders for transfers that were given by one of us prior to this letter lapse as a result of this separation.
