1. Fill in the letter template next:

I hereby wish to denounce from the [Enter Date] joint account no. [attached account number] open in your agency on behalf of [names of co-holders] .
I have noted that the direct debit authorizations and standing transfer orders that would have been issued before that day become null and void by this denunciation.
