Agreement between the au pair and the host family

Allows to conclude an agreement between a host family and an au pair.

If the foreigner resides outside France, he presents this agreement signed between the parties to the consulate competent for the issuance of his visa.

If the foreigner is already admitted to stay in France, he presents this agreement to the prefecture of his place of residence for the renewal of his right to stay.
