Pre-employment declaration online for agricultural employees (DPAE-MSA) on the Net-companies website

Allows employers of the scheme agricultural, with the exception of those who use the title simplified agricultural employment (Tesa), to carry out the compulsory formalities of hiring an employee, before taking up his or her actual duties or the probationary period and at the earliest 8 days before hiring.

Replaces the Single Declaration of Employment (DUE-MSA) and the DUE-MSA concerning a full-time fixed-term contract (cerfa No. 12556 is no longer in force).
