Receipt of donations and payments made by an individual to a public interest organization

Available in French only.

Allows a recipient organization to issue a certificate to the donor or member. It will allow him to benefit from an income tax reduction.

Also allows to justify amounts corresponding to a waiver by a volunteer to reimburse his expenses.

For in-kind donations, their valuation must be indicated in cash.

Please note

Associations that issue donation receipts must report annually to the tax authorities the total amount of donations received and the number of receipts they have issued.
