Application for an injunction to make to the judicial court (including the local court)

1. Print the form
2. Fill the form
3. Date and sign the form
4. Attach the documents supporting documents in as many copies as adversaries
5. Send or Drop the form to the court or local court with territorial jurisdiction.
   The competent court shall be that of your opponent's home or place of performance of the contract.

• All documents and documents justifying your request for performance of an obligation (contract, invoice, order form, quote, photo...)
• Cerfa form n°15414 which allows you to consent to the electronic transmission of notices, receipts and summonses transmitted by the Registry

The decision of the court shall be notified to parties by registered letter with acknowledgement of receipt.

If your request is accepted, your opponent must execute the injunction to do within a certain period.

Whether the order has been enforced within the time limit set by the judge, you must inform the court.

In the event of total or partial non-performance, you and your opponent must appear on the hearing date set out in the order for injunction to do. The judge, after trying to reconcile you, makes a decision.

If your request for an injunction to do is rejected, there is no no recourse, but you can bring the matter before the court under ordinary procedure.
