Make a complaint to the La Poste group (Online Service)
In the event of a dispute with the La Poste group, you must make a complaint to the service concerned before contacting the Ombudsman.
If you have not received a reply within 2 months, you can contact the mediator (up to 1 year after filing your complaint).
