Challenging a judgment

Any civil or criminal judgment may be challenged by various means of appeal. The call allows the decision of a first trial to be challenged. The Opposition allows a judgment rendered in his absence to be challenged. An appeal in cassation allows a formal judgment to be challenged when there is no or no longer any possibility of appeal. The review allows you to challenge a judgment if new elements have appeared.
