Can an uncompensated jobseeker receive assistance from France Travail during his training?

If you wish to take a training course approved by France Travail as a job seeker not compensated by the ARE, you can receive a remuneration from France Travail training courses called RFFT. The amount of this remuneration depends on your situation. Here is the information you need to know.

Worker with a disability

If you have had a previous paid activity of at least 6 months over a period of 12 months, your monthly remuneration is between €775.65 and €2,188.27.

If you have had at least 12 months of previous paid employment in a 24-month period, your monthly remuneration is between €775.65 and €2,188.27.

If you do not meet these conditions of salary activity, your monthly remuneration is €775.65.

For a part-time internship (less than 30 hours per week), your remuneration for each hour of training corresponds to the monthly remuneration for a full-time internship, divided by a coefficient of 151.67.

Under 18

You perceive €226.48 per month.

18 to 25 years

You perceive €566.17 per month.

Under 26

Widower, divorced, separated, or single and taking sole responsibility for one or more children

Your monthly remuneration is €775.65.

Divorced, widowed, judicially separated for less than 3 years

Your monthly remuneration is €775.65.

Single pregnant women who reported pregnancy

If you have done the prenatal exams, your monthly fee is €775.65.

Parents of at least 3 children

Your monthly remuneration is €775.65.

Having already worked

If you are under 26 years of age and have had a previous paid employment of at least 6 months in a 12-month period (or at least 12 months in a 24-month period), your monthly remuneration is €775.65.

26 years and older

You perceive €775.65 per month.

If you are doing full-time training, the remuneration is paid at the beginning of the month following your application.

Example :

For training in October, the remuneration is paid in early November.

Remuneration is taxable as Return to work assistance (RTA).

FYI  

One mobility aid may be granted under certain conditions, depending on the distance between your home and your place of internship.

Cumulation with the specific solidarity allowance (SSA)

You cannot accumulate the specific solidarity allowance (SSA) with the remuneration of France Travail (RFFT) training courses.

The payment of the SSA will be suspended during the collection period of the RFFT.

Cumulation with the active solidarity income (RSA)

You can receive the remuneration of France Travail (RFFT) training courses and the RSA.

However, your HSA entitlement may be reduced or eliminated depending on the amount of RFFT compensation and the composition of your household.
