During weekends or holidays, you can decide to go abroad (Europe and outside Europe) with your child.
It is customary to inform the other parent.
This parent may oppose this journey if he is afraid that the child will not return (parent or binational child or foreigner) or would be in danger (countries at war, significant climate risk).
If there is a risk that the child will not return to French territory, the Jaf: titleContent on which the child's habitual residence depends. The judge may make an order ban on leaving French territory (IST).
In case of emergency, it is possible to obtain a opposition to leaving French territory (OST).
