Does an association still have to pay the TV license fee?

No. Since 1er january 2022, an association that has one or more television sets no more pay the contribution to the public audiovisual sector (tv fee).

Please note

The abolition of the TV license fee does not affect the other possible obligations of the association. For example, if it play music or organizes events open to the public, other rules or charges may apply.
