Civil partnerships and marriage are 2 separate events, everyone shall be entitled to leave.

If the employee has been granted leave on the occasion of entering into a Civil partnership, he may subsequently be granted, again, a leave of absence on the occasion of his marriage.

No, there is no seniority requirement for the benefit of the leave.

The employee benefits from leave for marriage or Civil partnership as soon as he or she is integrated into the company, whether he or she is DTA: titleContent , in FIXED-TERM CONTRACT: titleContent or in acting contract.

The duration of your leave is 4 days.

Some treaty provisions may provide for a longer period of leave.

The applicable collective agreement is the one that covers the company's main activity.

The employee can take his leave in the period during which his Civil partnership was concluded or his marriage took place, but not necessarily on the same day.

The Labor Code does not provide for this.

It is therefore advisable to make this declaration to your employer as soon as possible.

Upon his return to the company, the employee must give his employer a copy the marriage certificate or the agreement of his Civil partnerships.

Leave days are paid normally, as if they had been worked.
