New National Register of Funds and Foundations (NFR)

Since 18 December 2024, foundations recognized as being of public utility (FRUP), company foundations and endowment funds have been registered in the National Register of Funds and Foundations (RNF).

This register, managed by the Ministry of the Interior, assigns a unique identifier to each organization and centralizes their administrative procedures.

The NWA does not allow for direct public consultation with organizations.

The information can be consulted on journal-officiel.gouv.fr, on data.gouv.fr or on site.

Anyone can inquire either by internet, or on-site.

This information does not concern not associations whose head office is in Alsace-Moselle.

Consult the announcements of associations and foundations

This service of consultation of the announcements of the Official Journal of the associations allows access to the following information:

  • Name, address of head office and purpose of a foundation or endowment fund
  • Accounts and report of the external auditor of a foundation or endowment whose total resources exceed €10,000 at year-end
  • Declaration of statutory amendment, change in administration and declarations of dissolution.
