Mediator of France Travail (formerly Job center): how to use it?

If you encounter difficulties with the services of France Travail (removal from the list of jobseekers, overpayment of unemployment benefits, for example), you must first address a claim with your agency France Work.
If your agency's response doesn't resolve not the dispute, you can enter the Regional Ombudsman France Labor by mail or post.
The application shall describe thesubject matter of the dispute and present the supporting documents necessary.
The mediator of France Travail examines your request and seeks amicable solutions.
If your claim is not not restrained, the mediator of France Travail must communicate the reasons of his refusal.

For certain decisions rendered by France Travail, first have referred the matter to the regional mediator so that he can subsequently refer the matter to the administrative judge if the disagreement persists after the mediation. This is particularly the case for the following decisions or requests:
