Application to the Land Advertising and Registration Service
The Land Advertising and Registration Service is a administrative and tax service where notarial deeds are recorded.
Any real estate sale must therefore be published in the real estate file of the land advertising and registration service of the location of the property.
You can get a copy of your deed of ownership with this service.
The copy is fee-paying (€6 à €30 depending on the type of document).
The request of copy changes according to the registration period in the registers of land advertising and registration services. It is done by a form sent preferably by registered letter with acknowledgement of receipt.
