Title-restaurant of the volunteer

The following conditions must be met:

• The association must have adopted, by deliberation, the principle of giving your volunteers restaurant vouchers
• The association must have decided and validated at the general meeting the amount and the conditions for awarding the restaurant voucher
• The association must fund fully the amount of the restaurant voucher
• The association must keep an up-to-date list of beneficiaries of restaurant vouchers, specifying the amounts per beneficiary.

To benefit from the restaurant voucher, the volunteer must exercise his activity in a regular within the association.

The same volunteer can only receive 1 restaurant voucher per meal included as part of its daily activity.

The restaurant voucher allows you to pay all or part of the price of meals consumed in the restaurant or prepared by a restaurateur.

The conditions of use of the title restaurant are as follows:

• The same security must be used to pay in whole or in part 1 meal only. The same meal cannot be paid for with several restaurant vouchers.
• The restaurant title is nominative and must be used only by the volunteer to whom the association has given it.
• It cannot be used on Sundays and public holidays. However, the association may mark the restaurant vouchers of the volunteer working on those days with a different wording.
• It is usable only in the volunteer's workplace department and neighboring departments. However, the association may indicate otherwise on the restaurant vouchers of the volunteer who is required to travel as part of his duties.
• It should be used only during the calendar year and the period of use it mentions. Securities not used during this period, and returned to the association during the following fortnight, are exchanged free of charge for an equal number of securities valid for the subsequent period.

The association must contact an authorized issuer to provide restaurant vouchers on behalf of the association and corresponding to the desired amount.

Restaurant vouchers shall be issued on behalf of the volunteers concerned.

The association must request a quote and then order the restaurant vouchers online on the website of the issuer of its choice.

The maximum amount of the volunteer restaurant voucher is €7.50.

The overall cost is divided into 3 parts:

• Value of restaurant voucher
• Cost of providing services
• Shipping costs.

The contribution to the funding of the volunteer's restaurant vouchers is exempt all tax charges, contributions and social contributions.

Volunteer leaving the association must give the association's managers the restaurant vouchers, in his possession, at the time of his departure.
