The social and cultural activities CSE are intended priority employees (even when their employment contract is suspended), their families and trainees.
The CSE determines by written, depending on its budget in particular, the beneficiaries social and cultural activities.
Thus, former employees of the company may also benefit from these social and cultural activities if CSE decided it.
These social and cultural activities include the following services and benefits:
- Social welfare and mutual aid institutions (e.g. pension institutions)
- Improved well-being conditions at work and in the employee's daily life (canteens, housing, family gardens for example)
- Activities relating to the use of leisure and sporting activities
- Professional or educational institutions (e.g. libraries, general education courses)
- Social services responsible for:
- Ensure the employee's well-being, facilitate his adaptation to work and collaborate with the company's prevention and occupational health service
- Coordinate and promote the social achievements decided by CSE and the employer
- Occupational health and prevention service established in the company.
Warning
The CSE may adjust benefits according to certain criteria such as, for example, the income of employees or the age of children. However, no seniority requirements cannot be foreseen by CSE to benefit from these social and cultural activities.
