Can you receive help from the employer to pay for a personal service?

Yes. The employer or the Social and Economic Committee (ESC) may pay financial assistance to their employees.
This aid shall be used to:
- Facilitate access to personal services in the company
- Finance personal services activities or childcare outside the employee's home
- Finance services directly related to the management and operation of the Cesu: titleContent.
The amount maximum help is from €2,591 per year.
This aid may be granted to:
- Either in the form of financial aid paid directly to the employee
- Either in the form of a Cesu pre-funded.
This aid is not taxable.
The employee makes a request to the employer or the CSE.

The employer or the CSE has no obligation to pay this aid. This aid is paid if the employer or the CSE so decides.
