Public officials: a simulator to tell you what type of accommodation you are entitled to

Launched in December 2024, the portal "Accommodation for public servants" (State, territorial, hospital) is now enriched with a simplified simulator. This tool allows you to check, in a few minutes, your eligibility for social housing, intermediate or in accession, and to know the specific devices according to your situation.

The simulator tells you:

• the types of housing to which you are eligible (social, intermediate, free, temporary, accession);
• the specific measures proposed by your employer (to be checked with your HR department or a social worker);
• ordinary aid adapted to your income (Zero interest rate loan (PTZ), intermediate rental loan (PLI), etc.);
• links to the offer platforms to continue your efforts.

How to use the simulator?

To perform a simulation, you just need to answer a few questions about:

• your household (composition, reference tax income of year N-2, age);
• your employment status (public service, department or employer);
• your project (desired city, professional mobility, etc.).
