Changes in 2026 in the tourist tax in Paris

At 1er January 2026, the amount of the tourist tax changes in the city of Paris. Discover these new rates.

Since 2025, a new tax additional to the tourist tax in favor of Île-de-France Mobilités applies. This amounts to 200% of the tourist tax. It concerns Paris as well as the communes and communities of communes of the Île-de-France region.

The amount of this tax varies according to the category of accommodation in the same way as the tourist tax.

The rate applicable in Paris for accommodation not classified or awaiting classification is equal to 5% the cost per person per night HT: titleContent plus additional taxes. The ceiling of this tariff will now be set at €15.93.
