As specified the decree of 26 july 2019 on the unemployment insurance scheme, the Board of Directors of Unédic may increase some or all of the unemployment benefits.

On June 30, 2026, the Unédic Board of Directors, bringing together employee and employer representative organizations, did not receive a majority in favor of an increase in unemployment benefits, as had been the case in 2016. The amounts of 1er july 2025 therefore remain in force:

  • Minimum allocation of the return to work (ARE) allowance: €32.13 per day, and € 16.05 per day for Mayotte.
  • Fixed part of the ARE: €13.18 per day compensated.
  • End of Right Help: €355.86 (27 times the fixed part).
  • Floor Allowance for Return to Employment Training (AREF): €22.99 per day (€11.51 per day for Mayotte).
  • Floor for the application of the degressivity coefficient: daily allocation of €92.57.
