The concept of “public data” refers to all information collected, created, stored or edited by administrations, public services and entities governed by private law or public law pursuing a public service mission. The data of Service Public are made available on the internet platform data.gouv.fr, under the conditions defined by the “Open License”. They are freely reusable.
Co-branding no longer exists, but the local websites (websites of local authorities and their groups) that used it can continue to redistribute the guide to rights and procedures of the portal of the French administration, Public Service via the platform data.gouv.fr.
The public information disseminated in the sections of Public Service are accessible on data.gouv.fr.
All content is available as a dataset:
