You have just heard of the death of a loved one and you want to report it to the bank that managed his account? Likewise, you want to terminate his telephone or Internet access subscription? Find two models of letters on the site Service-Public.fr to make it easier for you to deal with a death.

Service-Public.fr offers many free form letters. They concern important topics of everyday life and help you in your steps. Two new models are online:

Service-Public.fr allows you to personalize these templates for obtain and download your mail.

Simply:

  • Complete All the information you need to personalize your email
  • Download your mail;
  • Print and sign your mail;
  • You can also copy the text for editing in another application.

You can then get a preview of your email being customized.

Letters can be downloaded or copied to your computer. Once you have checked that the letter is appropriate for your situation, you must adapt it to your case, mentioning or attaching if necessary all the references and useful parts. Remember to meet deadlines when required by law.

Please note

Always keep a copy of the letters and attachments you send and proof of sending (for example, receipt from registered mail). In case of dispute, these copies will be necessary for you.
